RUTO HAKUFI…I WAS MISQUOTED…Atwoli Finally Clarifies Claims He Said Ruto Will Die Before August Elections & Won’t Be President

Francis Atwoli has rebuked Deputy President William Ruto, warning that he will not win the general elections on August 9, although he has been cleared by IEBC.

COTU Boss claimed that they(DP Ruto’s camp) twisted that he meant Deputy President William Ruto will die before August elections.

Atwoli remarked that Kenyans would not vote for a presidential candidate who would erase the progress made during the period of the Jubilee government.

“I was the first to warn Kenyans that William Ruto would not be president and would not be on the ballot. I did not say he will die.Had the authorities pursued him thoroughly, they would have learned that he grabbed public land and built his own hotel,” ,Atwoli claimed.

Ruto had rebuffed critics who claimed he would not be on the August ballot as he triumphantly entered the city’s Kamukunji grounds after being cleared by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

Ruto, who made six campaign visits before arriving at the large Kamukunji meeting lambasted his opponents, led by trade unionist Francis Atwoli, who had earlier guaranteed that the DP would not be on the ballot, claiming that their plans had failed.
