“Audio” WHY RUTO WANTED TO BEAT UHURU….The Day William Ruto Almost Slapped President Uhuru Kenyatta

Kenyan across the country have never come into terms and understand as to why the head of state president Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto parted ways despite having a strong friendship of even wearing matching outfit and calling each other brothers.

According to the Sunday nation, a leaked audio during the meeting with mount Kenya elders has revealed that in 2017 the second in command almost slapped his boss after a heated argument that almost turned physical.

Contrary to the thought of many that the march 18 handshake between president Uhuru Kenyatta and the opposition leader hon Raila Amollo Odinga was the root cause of the bitter divorce between the two leaders, there seems to be more unrevealed reasons unknown to Kenyans

The recording, in which DP Ruto is heard addressing Kikuyu elders in a meeting held on Friday at his official Karen residence in Nairobi, sheds light on the tense hours following the unprecedented judgement of the Supreme Court.

Mr Ruto told the Kikuyu elders that President Kenyatta was so distraught by the Supreme Court judgement, which ordered a repeat of Kenya’s election, that he nearly gave up the fight for a second-term in office and it was only due to his insistence that he agreed to run again in the second poll that was boycotted by the opposition National Super Alliance (Nasa) presidential candidate Raila Odinga.
